Paid Digital Storytelling 6-Saturday Program

Made possible by the support of people like you, teens attend free. They learn valuable life and career skills, such as how to tell fake news from real and how to produce a story using multimedia equipment. They leave with a short film for their portfolio and a work credential for their resume.

Our Mission:

Empowering entrepreneurship with the next generation of creators through hands-on learning in film, digital media, and storytelling. The Youth Innovation Studio teaches the next generation to take an interest in their communities and preserve their stories for the future while giving teens valuable life and career skills.

How Youth Innovation Studio Engages the Community

Learn

Students receive hands-on training from industry professionals in media production, digital storytelling, and emerging technologies. This includes workshops on filmmaking, podcasting, and interactive media.

Create

Participants apply their knowledge by producing meaningful digital projects, including short films, multimedia exhibits, and digital archives that capture local stories and innovation.

Impact

The completed projects become part of a local community's digital legacy, shared with the community through events, exhibits, and online platforms.
